Yuichiro Iwashita

Yuichiro Iwashita is a PhD researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI GmbH) and the RPTU University Kaiserslautern-Landau. He received the B.E. degree in computer science from Osaka Prefecture University, Japan, in 2023, and the M.I. degree in core informatics from Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan, in 2025. He has been working on research related to medical AI, particularly single-cell data analysis, multimodal data analysis, and time series analysis. Before involved in medical AI, he worked on augmenting human intelligence within HCI field.
